Starting a fitness journey can feel intimidating, but my role is to make the process clear, comfortable, and sustainable. When you train with me, you can expect a structured yet supportive experience focused on long term results, pain free movement, and confidence in your body.
I am known for being detail oriented, patient, and intentional with every session. I take the time to understand how your body moves, where your limitations are, and how to train around them safely. Sessions are designed to be educational and engaging, so you leave not only feeling better physically, but also understanding why you are doing what you are doing.
Here at Corrective Hypertrophy Training, I focus on proper movement patterns, joint health, and progressive strength training. This approach helps reduce aches and pains, improve posture, build muscle, and eliminate the frustration that comes from random workouts.
Training programs are built to create lasting results, not quick fixes. Depending on the individual and consistency, most clients begin noticing improvements in strength, mobility, and body composition within the first few weeks. If you are new to training, we start with foundational movements and gradually progress as your confidence and ability improve.

MANUAL STRETCHING + MOBILITY SESSIONS
In addition to strength training and corrective exercise, I also offer hands on manual stretching and mobility sessions for individuals who may not be ready for traditional workouts or who simply want to move and feel better.
These sessions are ideal for those dealing with stiffness, limited mobility, joint discomfort, or high levels of tension from work, stress, or daily life. Similar to assisted stretching studios, sessions focus on improving range of motion, relieving tightness, and helping your body move more freely.
Manual stretching sessions are fully guided and customized to your needs. No intense workouts are required. This option is perfect for beginners, older adults, or anyone looking to improve flexibility, recovery, and overall movement quality.
Meet Our Specialist
Hello. My name is Diego Rivera. I am a corrective exercise specialist and bodybuilding coach with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.
After years of working in commercial gyms and private training environments, I have had the opportunity to coach men and women of all ages and ability levels. I have worked with individuals dealing with joint pain, mobility limitations, weight loss struggles, and those looking to build strength and muscle safely.
Over the years, I have continued my education in corrective exercise, hypertrophy training, and movement mechanics. This has allowed me to design programs that not only transform physiques but also improve how clients move and feel day to day.
After stepping away from the traditional gym model, I created Corrective Hypertrophy Training to provide a more personal, intentional coaching experience. Clients are never rushed. I value long term relationships, honest communication, and helping people understand their own bodies.
The environment is professional, focused, and relaxed. The goal is progress without intimidation and results without burnout. I'm Currently located in Marion County Florida and work with individuals in person who live in Lady Lake, Summerfield, Ocala, The Villages, Florida, and more surrounding areas. If you are far from me I still work with those who live out side the state and region by means of online nutrition, accountability, and fitness coaching.
